Seniors' Environments: Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Living

Step 1 - 

Initial stage: we ask for a per-square-foot retainer which includes:

-One initial meeting, and a basic assessment of your needs, including: preliminary programming and adjacencies, concept development, and needs assessment.

-Determine scope of work and approximate budget, including an estimate to complete the work.

-Selection of a general concept and style direction, flow plan, efficiency and productivity recommendations, and color palette, finishes, fixtures and equipment needs.

-Production of one, 11x17 idea board ideal for presentation

Step 2 - 

Second stage: initiated upon a signed contract and payment of 50% of the hourly estimate and product recommendations we provided in Stage 1:

-Defining the problems, challenges, opportunities and advantages of your business and/or your current space, to objectively and quantitively determine exactly what you need. Finding a solution to well-defined needs is what we do best.

​-Development of data - sketches, photographs, gathering information about your organization and how it works (an how it could work better). 

​-Analysis of data, and how it will impact the design.

-Provision of a written estimate of all fixtures, furnishings and equipment for your approval. A deposit of 50% of this total is required to initiate the order.

​-Developemnt of solutions, in the form of a complete set of drawings, specifications and material boards for your new space. 

Step 3 - 

​Third stage: Upon delivering the complete set of drawings and specifications, payment of 40% of the remainder of the contract is due. The remaining 10% is due upon completion of the project as determined by a "sign-off" from the local building authority, and satisfaction on the part of our client.

-Site visits as needed and required during the construction and installation phase.

-Change orders and management of on site needs determined on a case-by-case basis.

-We will strive to ensure your project is completed on time, and on budget.
